SHIPPING & HANDLING:
Shipping/Handling charges for delivery inside Australia and outside Australia will be made at cost, and can be individually quoted. We will quote you by email if you request it.
International Shipments can be shipped by either Air Parcel Post or by EMS Courier or Federal Express. Air Parcel Post is far less expensive but also much slower than EMS or FEDEX. Freight charges with either carrier will vary by weight and destination plus a $5.00 handling fee.
PAYMENT:
We accept Visa, Amex, Bankcard and Mastercard. Checks and money orders must be paid in U.S. dollars or Australian dollars only. Schools, libraries and universities may send a purchase order, after which we will send a pro-forma invoice for you to pay. Orders cannot be shipped C.O.D. or on account.
RETURN POLICY:
ALL RETURNS MUST BE SHIPPED TO:

If returning merchandise:
(1) We must be notified at the time you received the merchandise (within 2 days).
(2) When we are notified we will give you an authorization number. The item has to be returned within 10 days of the invoice date and in perfect condition. Write a note on the invoice with the reason for returning and include instructions telling us what you would like done.
(3) Absolutely no refunds or returns after two weeks.
(4) There will be a 15% restocking fee on all returns.
(5) No returns or refunds on special orders, videos, music, or tights.
(6) Shoes can be exchanged for another size at no extra charge. Shoe boxes must not be damaged.
(7) Videos and CD's can be exchanged if damaged upon receipt for same item only.
(8) Flamenco dresses and skirts are special order items - absolutely no refunds. Only if in stock can it be exchanged for another size also in stock. Before any costume can be shipped, all the details need to be provided by the customer.
(9) Shipping costs are not refundable. If there is an exchange, the customer pays for shipping.
(10) Absolutely no refunds on special orders.

Prices are subject to change without notice. We will try to keep them as low as possible, passing the savings on to you, our customers.
